Gluten free alternating layers of our chocolate alaska silk and house made ganache. Cocoa nibs are sprinkled on the bottom layer for a bit of crunch.

Gluten-free. Ingredients: butter (milk cream), cream (milk), pasteurized egg (whole egg), white chocolate (sugar, milk, cocoa butter, soya lecithin, pure vanilla), semi-sweet (sugar, chocolate liquor, cocoa butter, dextrose, soya lecithin), chocolate liquor (pure chocolate), and pure vanilla.
Key Lime Tower
Our key lime dessert was in Neiman Marcus for 32 years and every year they would call me and say that they hadn't been able to find another key lime as good as ours. Now that's a credit to our pastry chefs. A gluten free shortbread base is topped with our white chocolate key lime silk and a top layer of our white chocolate key lime mousse. Ingredients: butter (milk cream), cream (milk), pasteurized egg (whole egg), white chocolate (sugar, milk, cocoa butter, soya lecithin, pure vanilla), semi-sweet (sugar, chocolate liquor, cocoa butter, dextrose, soya lecithin), chocolate liquor (pure chocolate), and pure vanilla.
Creme Brulee Cheesecake Tower
Gluten-free. Our white chocolate creme brulee can be found around town at various grocery stores but it's an individual serving dessert. This dessert is our 4 OZ. version that will satisfy the most discriminating gourmand.
White Chocolate Creme Brulee Cheesecake Tower
Our signature Creme Brulee cheesecake is a combination of our white chocolate silk and our signature cheesecake batter that we have blended together on our house-made gluten-free chocolate cookie crumbs. After the cheesecake has been baked, cooled, and unmolded we create the magic of Brulee sugar on top.
Neiman Marcus Caramel Bourbon Pecan Silk
Gluten-free. yet another neiman marcus private signature dessert that we can now offer to everyone. A roasted pecan and caramel base has a center of caramel alaska silk mousse criss crossed with yukon jackson's artisan house-made caramel. Our white chocolate bourbon cream silk tops the mousse with more caramel swirled throughout the top. calling all you caramel lovers. This might be the best caramel we have every experienced!
Neiman Marcus Limoncello Cheesecake
Gluten-free. This is another private signature that we used to make for Neiman Marcus but no longer do and is now available to everyone. It begins with our house-baked gluten-free, anise almond biscotti chunks baked to perfection with our limoncello white chocolate cheesecake batter. Once it is cooled a top layer of grand Marnier Alaska silk tops the cheesecake and then a layer of white chocolate curls.
Neiman Marcus Gusto di Limone
Gluten-free. This dessert used to be a private signature for Neiman Marcus that Alaska silk pie CO. Manufactured but is now available to all of our customers. Our signature polenta and almond flour cake is baked upside down with Meyers lemons just like you would a pineapple upside-down cake. The thing that makes this so much better is that the bottom third of the dessert is our white chocolate meyers lemon cream silk.
Drunken Apricot
Our drunken apricot has a anise biscotti base and siding that does have traces of almonds if you have an allergy to nuts. The apricots have been marinated for 90 days in Gewurztraminer wine then mixed into our signature white chocolate cheesecake batter. Pieces of the drunken apricots throughout with 5 drunken apricots on the top are baked and cooled before the Gewurztraminer glaze goes on top.
Chocolate Royale
Our house-made chocolate cookie crumbs and house-made ganache have a center of our chocolate silk mousse. The base of the mousse is surrounded by a ring of ganache. The dessert is then topped with our original dark chocolate silk, a layer of ganache, and chocolate curls. This dessert is for the true chocolate lover.

Gluten-Free white chocolate and strawberry cream Alaska Silk. It's in our grab and go container that you can eat right out of.
Hot Fudge
Gluten-free. Again our #1 selling dessert is also offered in a 6 or 12 pack for that dinner party or family gathering. Perhaps you just like having this amazing dessert in your freezer to nosh on whenever you like.
Kahlua Sunset
This was formerly a Neiman Marcus dessert but we have made a change to the top by adding our Kahlua silk and swirling ganache throughout the top. Our house-made flourless chocolate fudge truffle cake souffle's during baking and then sinks. We fill the cavity with our white chocolate Kahlua Alaska silk mousse. We then cover the mousse with a Kahlua silk and ganache.

I ordered one of these pies on the recommendation of a friend and I was extemely happy with this dessert. I arrived on time, it was packed so there was no damage and still frozen. I highly recomend these desserts

Best dessert I've had in Washington state, maybe ever. 10/10 tried 3 different desserts and all 3 were 10/10. Got damn this place is good. Don't second guess yourself just try it. It's inab funky warehouse type building on the second floor but you'll get over that once you tried the desserts.
