Go for oyster hour! Great fresh oysters, manhattan drink specials, and a super good burger. All for a reasonable price (for Seattle). We came 3x during our stay. The only thing was that the place needs a little more energy going on. Try turning up the music a tad and pre-selecting a nice playlist. Was a bit too quiet and this made it slightly awkward. Our bartender from the south made it more fun when we sat at the bar, as she brought some much needed energy! Overall I do recommend it, and will be returning.

Major Bait & Switch operation! We were visiting from Alaska and viewed the menu online at the hotel. I REALLY wanted the clam chowder! The wife had not decided……it all looked SO good.We walked a half a mile down on a steep decline. We were dressed light and it was a cold walk….even for us Alaskans. We had to detour several blocks due to road construction fencing. It was .5 mile walk.At the restaurant we were given a very high priced menu with a very, very limited selection.“ NO CLAM CHOWDER FOR YOU!” $46.00 for a very slim salmon dinner for the wife! 16.00 for a plate of lettuce called a Caesar Salad (my substitute for my clam chowder). One Bailey’s for 11.00, and a double scoop ice cream dessert for…..I forgot. The bill with tax and a 20% tip (not their fault) came to about 113.00. The waitress was very apologetic about the outdated online menu but that didn’t help our disappointment in a dinner that we were really looking forward to. We don’t get out very much in “bush” Alaska. We feel we were ripped off!

We really enjoyed our meal. Eric R. was our server, he was very knowledgeable about the menu and made some great suggestions. We started off with a selection of fresh and local oysters on the half shell. We followed this with blistered shishito peppers, they were delish, as was the tamari-honey aioli. For our soup we had the Golden Dashi with poached oyster. This in house made broth is poured table side over the oyster and smoked duck breast. It was so flavorful and the table side pour is a nice touch. For our mains, we tried the braised short ribs, it was wonderful and melt in your mouth tender. We also had the Dungeness crab linguine. This was a perfect balance of sweet crab, and the dill over a perfectly sized portion of linguini. And finally we had the grilled octopus and lamb sausage cassoulet. What a delightful combination and a fun play on a non traditional surf and turf. We finished our meals with the warm apple tart and two scoops of ice cream. The atmosphere is elegant yet felt casual enough for some great laughs and conversation. The staff was attentive, without being over bearing. Everything was just perfect and we would go back again.

Best meal over the weekend in Seattle. No problem getting in. Wonderful waitress. Loud, yet still relatively private. Great prix fixe menu the night we were there. Loved the salmon tartare and the octopus appetizers. Could have made a meal out of each one and left happy. Desserts also very good. Would highly recommend. Dinner for two about $180 with cocktails

The food was really basic. I spent fifty dollars on my overdone stake in french fries. My girl got the fish-and-chips. I had a couple bites It wasn't that good. I'd say it's about a step or two above a sherry's.

Had reservations at 1pm for Thanksgiving lunch. Upon arriving, a paper notice was still on the door taped saying they were prepping to open at 12. Um...fail for a nice place. The menu was prix fixe and paid for in advance, extras would be cocktails and wine and gratituity. The restaurant was not full but we unfortunately were rushed by the staff to order. Once we did order we were disappointed at the SPEED in which the food was delivered. We were barely done with one course, and the other arrived...do you bail on the cold one you are eating to eat the hot one the server just placed? Our cold appetizers were delicious, but to leave the hot entrees.....Our entrees were the traditional Turkey Thanksgiving dinner and Salmon. The salmon was excellent and cooked nicely; the turkey dinner was meh - blah - and very dry. Considering we were early in the day - I can only imagine how much worse it got over the course of the day.Dessert arrived (again, very quickly) and both were good (nothing we were over the moon about) - just disappointing everything was rushed.Cocktails were excellent and wine was nice (albeit very expensive by the glass). Two cockatails ($20 each) and two glasses of wine ($19 each).20% gratuity and an additional 5% restaurant surchage on top. Our total bill was $415 - I wish we stayed home.

Not sure how this basic hotel eatery got listed as #1 seafood joint in Seattle. As an out of town visitor with little local knowledge, I took the recommendation for what seemed to be a nice place near my hotel. Oysters were what attracted me, but their offering was limited when I got there. Instead of the lengthy oyster map, I think they only had three or four to choose from. Thankfully, a couple of them were quite tasty. But at 4 bucks a crack, they needed to be. The dinner menu was basic and uninspired, again with very limited selection. And some hefty prices that didn’t match the meal. I went with the most daring dish they offered: grilled octopus and lamb sausage cassoulet. Took me a while to locate the tiny bit of octopus - which apparently had been cooked hours prior to serving. The lamb sausage was not offensive. Some of the clams on the dish had not popped open - and I know enough to leave those fellas alone. Fortunately, I like beans and there were plenty of those piled on the plate. It was not awful, but I did feel a bit deceived by the stellar rating they Trip Advisor gave this place. I’d say it’s a solid 3. And if you are traveling for business and get per diem, you’ll feel less fleeced when you get the bill. I’d recommend giving this place a miss - unless you’re staying in the hosting hotel and it’s unbearable outside.

We just had appetizers. I had the king salmon poke which was bland. Needed salt! My wife had the crab/duck soup and it was extremely spicy! To rhetorical point that it overpowered the rest of the flavors. I love spicy foods but it was overwhelming!

Oysters are better than at Aqua by Gaucho or however that name is spelled. Cool atmosphere, and the food/cocktails 4/5 stars.

Seattle is known for its seafood, and All Water Seafood and Oyster stands out as a beacon of that reputation. Nestled conveniently in the heart of downtown, this establishment is a sanctuary for seafood enthusiasts. As soon as I entered All Water, I was greeted by the chic maritime décor that paid homage to Seattle’s seafaring history. The ambiance struck a balance between upscale and relaxed, setting the stage for a memorable dining experience. The oysters, the stars of the menu, were some of the freshest I’ve ever had. Served on a bed of ice, each variety I tried was succulent and brimming with oceanic flavors, paired beautifully with a classic mignonette sauce. Beyond oysters, the menu offered an impressive selection of seafood, from the hearty clam chowder enriched with smoky bacon to the pan-seared halibut that was a symphony of flavors and textures. The service at All Water Seafood and Oyster was impeccable. Our server was knowledgeable, passionate about the offerings, and provided recommendations that did not disappoint. The timing of the courses was spot on, and our glasses were never left empty. To complement the meal, the wine list was thoughtfully curated, featuring crisp whites and sparkling options that were the perfect match for the fare. While the prices reflect the quality and locale, the experience is well worth the cost. Whether it’s for a special occasion or a treat-yourself dinner, All Water Seafood and Oyster is a gem that captures the essence of Seattle’s culinary scene.Vegetarian options: Alongside their extensive seafood offerings, All Water Seafood and Oyster also provided a surprisingly varied selection of vegetarian options, catering thoughtfully to non-meat eaters with dishes that were just as thoughtfully crafted and delicious.Dietary restrictions: The staff at All Water Seafood and Oyster were exceptionally accommodating of dietary restrictions, attentively ensuring that our selections were in strict adherence to our personal dietary needs.Kid-friendliness: All Water Seafood and Oyster also proved to be wonderfully kid-friendly, with a welcoming atmosphere and a menu that caters to younger palates, ensuring a pleasant dining experience for families.Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant is also fully wheelchair accessible, with spacious seating arrangements and unobstructed paths, making it a comfortable experience for guests with mobility needs.

Great restaurant/bar attached to the hotel and within walking distance to so many things downtown Seattle. Great wine selection, customer service was above par, atmosphere was perfect for connecting and being able to chat for 3 hours in the corner by the window.

Tasteless food. Claim chowder was ok. Everything else has no flavors or taste. So disappointed. Fish probably was frozen and dropped on a pan before serving as it was kind of cold. And they charge $46 for it. Just save yourself and skip this place.
