Great spot to have some interesting seafood dishes. I had the Las Papas de Alejandro for brunch. Very interesting dish with potatoes, eggs, shrimp, caviar and bonito flakes. It was delicious and I would order it again.
This restaurant inside Hotel 1000 was such a great experience from start to finish. The location is perfect, especially if you’re downtown, and the atmosphere feels upscale without being stuffy. Everything felt thoughtfully done, from the ambiance to the food and drinks.

Our first time in Seattle and we booked Allwater. Atmosphere was inviting. Everyone was extremely professional. What is most important was our server Aisha. She treated us as if we had known her for years. She was extremely forthcoming in conversation, dish suggestions and overall conversational life. She is an asset to that restaurant and we hope they understand her importance. Thanks for making us feel welcome Aisha.
