What a wonderful experience. No idea what we were expecting. But from the relaxed, friendly atmosphere, to the amazing food and attentive service, this rates as one of our favourite dining experiences and we’ve been to a fair few around the world! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an outstanding experience in Seattle.
Calling this an Italian restaurant understates the creativity and Asian influences (and ingredients - eg uni, roe, etc.) in the fabulous multi-course dinner. Enthusiastic servers and a buzzy (but not loud) atmosphere add to the casual, warm experience. Well chosen wines by the glass are on offer as well.
This is, without question, Seattle’s best restaurant. The food, the service, and the overall experience were absolutely exceptional from start to finish.
