Outstanding experience - staff were incredible and we had the full sensory extravaganza seated at the Chef counter!! Food was amazing - tomatoes & tuna, smoked mussels, potato & caviar with pesto, so many highlights!! Thank you for an exceptional night!!
The closest you are going to get to 1 star Michelin in Seattle. Their vegetarian and non alcoholic pairings were spot on and something that some Michelin restaurants aren’t even doing. This team has been secretly perfecting their craft and have some of the most creative techniques in the kitchen. 100% recommend for a special occasion dinner in Seattle!
I've dined at Altura several times since 2018, and it stands as one of my favorite restaurants in Seattle (and in my top five worldwide). They're fantastic with dietary restrictions, and service generally is outstanding. Every dish is interesting and delicious and plated so thoughtfully. Sit at the chef's counter!
