Aqua never fails to deliver an excellent experience fron start to finish. Each of our dishes (sea bass ceviche, black cod, seared ahi, brussel sprout) were superb. Capped it off with the always delicious bread pudding

I made a last minute reservation and added that we were coming to fine to celebrate our 25th anniversary. They decorated our table with a card and rose petals. It was so sweet. Our waiter recommended the best entree. The meal was superb!

Best oysters I’ve ever had.
I love the pace , food and service was amazing. The only reason it’s 3 starts is because of the hostess, we came for a view and she told us it’s either full dinner or no view, I’ve asked what we need to spend to get the seat outside( it’s always about the money of course so my request was reasonable) as we were not hungry but were prepared to compensate with the drinks and appies. she looked so confused like I’ve asked to do something crazy lol. Ended up at the bar spending over 200$ with no view.

We’ve been coming to Seattle every July from Orlando for a Dental Symposium for the past 15 years, and it’s become our tradition to go to El Gaucho first, then Acqua. From the moment you walk in, the staff is incredibly welcoming.
Yesterday, we had a reservation, and as soon as we arrived, they offered us a glass of champagne while we waited just a few minutes for our table. Our server, Gabriel, was fantastic, and the sommelier was excellent as well.
We’ve celebrated our anniversary here for the past 10 years. The food is always amazing, and the service is outstanding. What more can I say? I recommend this place 180%!

First time in Seattle. Was looking for a family’s birthday party. For prices and quality of food preparation was ok. 1) order a cocktail, it had no taste at all with a huge cube of ice it was still warm… 2)I order a simple green salad, lettuce was soggy and warm😒 i asked to change it but with a beet salad it also was warm and taste ok. 3) NY STYLE steak was very tender, didnt like it at all! I could even chew it🤨 4) water was served without ice at all and everything was wrong temperature. When outside is almost 100 degrees 🥵 5) for 250$ we order a plate with sea food, it was good but they forgot to bring mash potato 🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️ and tell me to wait a lil bit, yeah, while all food get cold they brought a mash potato 😣 I mean, we left over $800 , waitress was kind of sleepy and didn’t understand what is going on! I always leave a good tips, but this time i dont feel like paying at all!!! Sorry, but for THAT LEVEL OF RESTAURANT IT COULD BE MUCH BETTER SERVICE AND FOOD… I wouldn’t be back🙁 And we had no parking with valley parking 🥸 had to park miles away from restaurant…

We had a wonderful dinner for our Anniversary at Aqua. Justice called ahead of time to make sure they had all the details correct for our anniversary celebration. They set the table perfectly to create a nice ambiance. Jeff, the waiter was very attentive to our needs and knowledgeable about the menu. The food was delicious and we enjoyed every bite. We would recommend Aqua to anyone in the Seattle area.
