One of the best restaurants in the seattle area. World class polished service and a elegant vibe perfect for a date night or celebratory dinner.

A place to really celebrate! Wash behind the ears, put on that special outfit, stay three hours, order dessert. You’ll want to stay and soak everything in!
Food is fantastic, service is wonderful. They printed special menus for our birthday celebrant and were attentive to our allergies.
Not a place for everyday food, but if you’re looking to class things up then Aqua will not disappoint!

My partner and I went Aqua for date night as we were seeing a concert at McCaw Hall. We couldn't have been more happy with our experience and overall dinner service. I believe our tables was touched at least 100 times throughout our time there and we left within an hour and a half. The food was cooked and prepared exceptionally well. We both enjoyed the Cod and Sea Bass, the fire shrimp appetizer had just that touch of heat that gives you a pep in your step, and we shared the table side made and served Ceasar salad. The brussel sprouts were some of the best ive had and I know we are talking about brussel sprouts but that whipped ricotta at the bottom. Chefs kiss.
My only disappointment is that we couldn't stay long and enjoy a cocktail or desserts. We will definitely be back. 10/10 recommend 👌

We had an outstanding experience at AQUA Seattle, and a huge part of that was Aaron — the manager who also took care of us as our server. He was incredibly personable, attentive to every detail, and genuinely easy to talk to. Nothing felt scripted or forced; his approach was fresh, authentic, and welcoming.
Aaron’s professionalism and sincere care truly enhanced our entire dining experience and elevated what was already a great restaurant. Service like this makes a lasting impression. We’ll absolutely be back — and hope to see Aaron again.

We were excited to try this place because we love El Gaucho. We made a reservation for 6pm, we arrived earlier than expected. It was a Friday evening and it was not busy at all, there were reservations available every 15 minutes... However when we asked the host if it was possible to be seated early, they acted as if they didn't know if they could seat us early and it was an imposition. Which at first we thought he was joking because it was so slow. And it stayed very empty during the 2 and a half hours we were there.I asked if we could be seated by the window, and he told us that we were originally by the window but because we were there early... they sat us next to the wall. And the tables at the window remained empty so idk. Not that big of a deal though, we thought that was a little odd lol. A different man sat us manager maybe? He was very funny and friendly. Our server was also very personable and funny. We all oders cocktails which were good. The ambiance nice, mood lighting. We ordered calamari which was good, table side ceasar salad which was a nice presentation, but not worth 20$pp. My salmon was pretty good, all the food was good. But honestly not worth the price, and menu is very limited. Some of had a hard time choosing because of the lack of options. We eat at fine dining restaurants regularly and I'm not sure we would come back, it was pretty average. We would rather go to Elliot's or Anthony's. El Gaucho on the other hand highly recommend. I would rate this 3.5 stars.

Had a fantastic meal here with a surf and turf filet mignon and lobster that stole the show. The stir fried mushroom side is a must get.
