This was by far the best dinner experience we have ever had. This was our 5 year anniversary dinner and our first night out since having our twin babies and the staff went all out for us and even gave us onesies for the babies. There were more things they did but if you have never been there, I want you to be just as surprised as we were at all the things they do to make you feel special. We just couldn’t believe the amazing service and how kind everyone was and were surprised at every turn. The hostess (I didn’t catch her name) talked to us like we were her friends and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Our server Paul was excellent and was very knowledgeable and friendly as well. The food was DELICIOUS, we had an appetizer, drinks, 2 entrees, and 2 desserts. the restaurant and the view of the water was beautiful. Since we had the first reservation of the evening we were one of the only tables there so we felt so special like we had the whole place to ourselves. We will DEFINITELY be back and have already started telling everyone we know. We were very impressed!

Came here for dinner and we ordered the scallop curry dish, bouillabaisse, spicy shrimp, octopus, and 2 mocktails.
Food: Every single dish was very salty. While most dishes were still enjoyable, my bouillabaisse was too salty to the point I couldn’t sip the broth itself without a piece of bread. I told a waiter and got a replacement, which came out 20 mins later and the new broth tasted like it comes from a boxed broth. They ended up not charging us for the bouillabaisse, which was good. I just wonder why they couldn’t get the dish right.
Service: It was a Saturday night and I understand things were busy. But to our experience, everything took so long. Food taking long is understandable but everything else… It took them 10 mins to give us the dessert menu. Another 10 mins to come take dessert order. Another 10 mins to get the check. When we raised the issue about the salty bouillabaisse, I told the waiter “the broth is too salty, it’s hard to eat, can you bring extra bread so i can eat it with?”. He ignored the issue and asked “what kind of bread do you want”. I thought it was a little unprofessional. He came back 5 mins later and asked if I wanted a replacement.
There’s also an included 20% service charge in the bill. We would have ask to not pay it because the service was bad if they didn’t take the bouillabaisse off the bill.
Overall not up to the standard of a high end restaurant.

Live music on a piano as I entered and was greeted to grab our name for the reservation. They also grabbed jackets and valet options for my dates car. The staff seated us promptly and gave us time to get comfortable. We had a view of the ferries and got our drinks. I loved that they had mocktails and were able to work around my coconut allergy. The steak is amazing and I liked the clam cowder do note if you don’t eat pork there was some on the top that I ate around personally. I wasn’t paying good enough attention to the toppers. There is an 20% tip that is distributed throughout the staff and it’s really not that much in the grand scheme of the service you’re getting you should want to tip.

We had our own Anniversary menu. The food and drinks were very delicious. The waiter and staff were amazing! I can’t wait for us to go again.
I recently celebrated my anniversary at Aqua in Seattle, and they truly went above and beyond to make our evening unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, our table was beautifully set up with rose petals, custom menus, and a heartfelt anniversary card—it really made us feel extra special.
Our server was incredibly friendly and attentive, even sharing great ideas on how to enjoy Seattle during our visit. The food was outstanding: I enjoyed the filet mignon with mashed potatoes, mushrooms, and the most amazing Brussels sprouts—by far the best dish of the night. We also started with fantastic appetizers like the Wicked Shrimp and Tableside Yellowfin Poke, and finished with a delicious chocolate pot de crème personalized with “Happy Anniversary.”
The ambience was just perfect too, enhanced by a live pianist playing soothing music throughout the evening. Aqua’s thoughtful touches and exceptional service made our anniversary celebration truly memorable. I highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a special dining experience in Seattle!

I had to write a review immediately because this evening we had the most amazing date night thanks to the staff, food and atmosphere. We are expecting our second child very soon and they had flowers, card, special decorated menu and more waiting for us! The service from Winter our waiter was phenomenal. Friendly, attentive, excellent recommendations and sincere well wishes! And the food….delicious! Great flavors, cooked to perfection and generous portions. We loved everything we had! It as the best dining experience in a very long time!
