Hibiscus mango tea was a miss; pastry seemed half frozen and it had bits that were hard to chew through. The shop is pricy and the service underwhelming. Good location/atmosphere though.

Almost forgot! No prices displayed so I was told a croissant would be $4 and at the last minute the price was updated to $6 - mistakes happen, but that's why prices need to be displayed to begin with.

Armistice is in a nice location with good seating options indoor & out. Be aware there is significant construction as of Sept 2025 (not their fault and not part of the score, just FYI.)

Unfortunately they are very expensive, the service is extremely hit or miss, and the coffee can be on the sour side.

It's the best coffee shop in the area for seating but the worst for the actual coffee.

Very cozy coffee shop for a nice study day or for a nice coffee date! Their coffee was delicious and their croissants were so buttery!

There also seems to be a night menu with some fun drinks available, very cute for an Eastlake drink!
