Armistice Roosevelt was good, although the customer service could be a lot better. The coffee shop itself was a little sterile and didn’t have a cozy or homey feel, but the coffee was pretty good and they had a selection of pastries. The place is nice and clean and has a modern look, but the service was just OK and I don’t know if the servers were tired or just grumpy. Overall, we thought the coffee was good and worth the visit.
This seems like a nice place to hang out with friends, get a coffee, or read. But the food and drink is more expensive than other comparable coffee shops, and I personally didn't enjoy working here on my laptop. (Choose your seats wisely)

Almond croissant was delicious but it is $6.57 including tax. 8oz tea is imo outrageously expensive at $4.20. It's a tea bag and hot water. Maybe the coffee is more worth it. They also don't clearly show pastry...
I wouldn't come here except it's so close. The baristas are always grumpy, like they simply resent my presence and my coffee order. I'll just walk another couple of blocks to Broadcast or Distant Worlds - both are better, and Broadcast is cheaper.

I particularly think they don't like non-dairy drinks. Lattes always look like a baby threw up in my cup. I know you're can make latte art with non dairy milk - the other cafes I mentioned...
