Blxst on a sunny day. I wasn’t able to get much data on their sourcing of their ingredients. Loved the seasonal menu and plant based build in layers giving lots of options for varied dietary needs.
There was only one person working front of house and we waited 10 minutes for him to bring menus and another 20 before we could order. Very little food was coming out of the kitchen. We waited another 30 minutes then asked for our food to go because my husband works from home and he had a meeting. The person we saw working was doing the best he could but this is an unacceptable situation on a weekday lunch.
Now everything was great especially the service. But one problem was they were super understaffed. Jordan was great in fact excellent. However he was serving like 14 tables all on his own and all alone. Still he was great. Give the guy a raise! but way too understaffed. They need more people.
