Best Mexican steaks in Seattle. It’s not just about eating, it’s an experience! Highly recommend their Margaritas too 👌🏽 it’s on the pricey side but if you’re looking to treat yourself to good steak, here is the place to go.

Amazing meal at Asadero in Ballard. We had the steak tacos, the bone-in ribeye, and the vacio American wagyu—everything was rich, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. Great service and lively atmosphere. Definitely coming back for more. Awesome Seattle steakhouse

We had a waiter, male - facial hair - stocky build, that was out of line with an unnecessary aggression and unwanted physical contact towards me.

I was waiting while my wife used the restroom with my 2 month old daughter at our table. I had just received the check. The waiter comes up from behind me, grabs my shoulder aggressively and says “next table is here” and then walks away. We were polite the whole time and never rushed him even when our drinks took a while. I assume his anger was because we had appetizers and drinks during happy hour and not a full meal (we got the ok to do this beforehand from the other service staff). We didn’t finish the cauliflower because it was too spicy and that seemed to make him unhappy as well.

I reached out to Asadero management via their website submission form to request help addressing the issue. They never responded.

Overly salty food & could have been seasoned better. Felt disconnected from waitstaff. Very loud restaurant with music playing in addition. However, the tortillas are incredible & the steak was melt-in-your-mouth buttery.

A friend invited me for lunch and we had the Zabuton! 😋 The meat was tender and juicy, served over a hot stone. 🔥 We ordered medium-rare and cooked it to perfection on the stone. We also had delicious guacamole and rajas poblanas! 🥑🌶️ The only downside? No sangria or clericot. 🍹 The guava-hibiscus cocktail wasn't my favorite (tasted like medicine syrup!). The atmosphere was cozy and our corner table felt very private. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ to my lunch buddy! #LunchDate #MexicanFood #GoodTimes

Best steak I’ve had in a decade (Top 3 all time) and the vibes of the restaurant were impeccable. You could tell staff and chefs care so much about being high quality. The meat itself - Mouthwatering, perfectly prepared, served beautifully. Also get the Papa Loca potato :) I will be back ASAP.

Excellent food, and fun experience. Great place to go with another person or group of people. Best tortillas I've ever had. I ordered the Australian wagyu ribeye, and to be honest, felt a little sheepish about making tacos with such a nice steak, but they were really good. Enjoyed the sauces/salsas served with them. Bartender told me a neat tip; put the chimichurri sauce on the hot stone, and sear the steak on that. Freaking delicious. Only downside, and not the restaurant's fault, it's Ballard and so parking was kind of a pain, but will still most definitely be going back. Update, went a second time, and the food was still fantastic, and the server Armando was excellent. Really enjoyable dining experience

Picture doesn't do justice to how ginormous the baked potato is. Seriously, it's a meal! We enjoyed all the food. I might go back sometime just for the potato.

The service was nice and pretty fast where we didn’t have to wait long, had the Guacamole for starters Vacio steak and the papa Loca as a side. our server Carah was really nice and everything she recommended us was super tasty, I liked how she took it upon herself to advice us on what to go for when we were not sure, thank you Carah, il be back for sure!

It’s alright in general. The gimmick here is to serve your steak on a hot stone to your table. If you order a steak medium rare then by the time dinner is over it’s been cooked to well done. Not really my thing when you see the bill for what you get. Don’t think I’ll be back.

This place was AMAZING! We got the Filet flight and it was some of the best steak I have ever had in my life. I also wanted to personally call out our server, Samuel, who went above & beyond to make the evening special. 12/10 service from him and really made my first time in memorable. Will definitely be coming back!

I went to the gym next door for years. Would leave hungry and see everyone eating the most delicious looking food outside. Finally went last night.

Why did I wait!? From El Gaucho to STK to everywhere in between, I've eaten at all of them

The ribeye I had here was one of the top3 of all time.
Great service.
Coming back.
