Really overhyped. Decent food and drinks but not worth the price. Novelty mainly comes from eating steak with Mexican inspired sides as opposed to the classic steakhouse sides.
Queso fundido was tasty. Tortillas for the queso fundido and carne asado were disappointing. At this price point carmelos tacos shouldn't be beating u out in the tortillas.
Carne asada tacos were good.
Wagyu ribeye on the stone was decent however the fat isn't able to properly render on the stone.
Green salsa was the highlight.

This used to be our favorite steakhouse in town for years, and we recommended it to several friends. But our recent experience was extremely disappointing. For our 7:00 PM reservation this Sunday, we were told we could not be seated without a physical photo ID, a requirement that was not mentioned in any of our confirmation emails or texts, forcing us to wait 30+ minutes for our reserved table. While the manager offered us coffee, we ultimately left because we did not want to wait for an issue caused by an unannounced, non-standard seating policy.
What is most disappointing is that the manager acknowledged this issue happens, yet the restaurant has clearly failed to take the simple step of improving its booking communication to prevent it.

Would give 6 stars if I could! Everything was top notch, from the hostess to the bartender and servers, to the food and drinks. We sat at the bar and our bartender was incredibly knowledgeable and answered all our many questions about the steak options and wine varietals.
Love that you can cook your own steak as an option! They refresh the hot plate when it gets cool, service was all around very attentive. We had the A5 Japanese ribeye and Australian waygu and preferred the latter because the Japanese cut was very very thin. Recommend wearing clothes you can easily wash because of all the juices splattering as it’s heated on the hot plates.

What a fun place! The a5 wagyu absolutely slayed, as did the chuleta de ribeye! The rajas side and papa josper was delicious, although everything we had was sooooo rich. Tables were a little small for the size of the plates and dishes, so when I finished my beard was covered in a5 wagyu fat... but is that really anything to complain about? Drinks and service were stellar! Definitely recommend the hibiscus sour!

RACIST.
My parents traveled thousands of miles to visit me, and it was my dad’s birthday. I just wanted to buy them some good food, thank them for taking care of me and raising me well. Yes, we are Asians. If you ever visit this restaurant you’ll notice that there’s a table on the way to the restroom in the dark dark corner.
I made a reservation for lunch, on a very non-busy day. The restaurant had a lot of empty table at the time when we entered and still at the time when we left.
The waiter tried to put us in that worst spot, and I have to specifically ask him to not to.
It’s almost 2026, I don’t know what you guys are being racist for? And for the record, what exactly have Asians done to anyone? We mind our business and we are calm and peaceful, I just don’t understand why

Fantastic lunch. Great service. The teamwork of the staff shines through. Nice touches include a selection of fresh fruit for your water, an array of sauces, and complimentary peppermint tea to end the meal. We loved the experience of searing our own steak.

A girlfriend brought me here for a birthday dinner. The food was amazing! I absolutely loved it. I would have given 5 stars but when paying the bill we forgot to bring our cash tip thinking we had it so we didn't leave a tip (horrible on our part but we legit forgot it) and the waiter was so MAD he came back and confronted us over the tip but continued to say oh it's okay it's okay don't worry happy birthday, why would you confront me over a tip? If you're not making enough simply get another high paying job. This happens Friday night at the bar area. Train your employees to not continue to confront customers over tips.
Great food and service. Definitely recommend visiting when in Seattle.
I was there yesterday Saturday. Busy day for me hungry and excited for the mezcalitas drinks. I did not make reservations I walk in . The hostes rude treat me like im no body let me wait . Then she said at 7pm I have a table but you need to be finished by 730pm and I know you like to stay for drinks so you take or not ? I said no I can for the bar . My question really its bad to drink there spend my money in one place that I feel cozy. ? I feel very welcome from the staff Pedro, chong, Samuel. Why you have to make this comment i feel bad . That you can't give me a table because I stay longer because I love your mezcalitas.? I told pedro and chong I feel bad I was almost in tears 😢 they told me we love you shes new she doesn't know how to handle rush time . When most people gather there for special occasions. The place for me its my store by the corner of my house I go there 3 times a week my bill over $300 dollars. Plus tips and everyone can fight over who is going to help me out. Why because I can afford to eat out . And I love the place after yesterday I will try to find another place and dont bother you with present there . You can ask anybody about me . I love the hard working people my people I work hard too . That's why I can afford going there like any fonda in Mexico 🇲🇽.
