Great Mexican food! I tried queso fundido con chorizo, prime tenderloin chile colorado and tacos al patron, all of them were delicious! The meat was so tender and juicy. The place was fully packed, and even when we leaving close to 10 pm there was people waiting. I totally recommend making reservations. The only 2 things I think they could improve is adding more chorizo in the queso fundido, and having a whole nopales in the carne asada, for the price you paid we aren’t asking for too much. The service was awesome. I liked the decoration of the restaurant, but I was seating behind the Catrina and her shoulder was right behind my head. If you can don’t get that table. About parking, well it’s in Ballard. Just be aware you might need to be patient to find a spot. It’s totally worth it!

Food is tasty but a scam. They advertise a 38 oz t-bone that barely has 17oz, it was cook very good. Service is rushed, they come and interrupt so many times, even to take the dishes out. Atmosphere is terrible, is a cramped space, very noisy.

I absolutely love this place. It has been a favorite of mine since moving to the city years ago.
For appetizers I really enjoy the queso fundido and flavorful bone marrow.
For steaks I really enjoy the Carne Asada platillo for the variation in flavors that come with the meal. A close 2nd for me is the Zabuton for the packed flavor in the steak.
A small detail but I really enjoy the different garnishes the staff provides for your drinking water. 5/5 stars.
