Shiku is my favorite sushi restaurant and one of my favorite all-time restaurants! I’ve been coming here for nearly 5 years. The Bruce Lee roll, Salt & Pepper roll, Monkey Brains, and Chicken Kara-Age are my favorite menu items. They always do their best to accommodate my friends’ special dietary requirements, which is appreciated.The bartenders are cool and the servers are very friendly and knowledgeable (thank you, Raechel)! We loved the Bruce Lee roll! Some might call the service "slower" but I just call it a busy dinner rush. AKA, don't be unrealistic if you show up at dinner time and expect everything the second you order it. They were all busting and the servers were super kind. Great experience! Will definitely go back.
