Shiku has and will always be my go-to!!! Ive been coming here for so long I cant remember not getting it weekly!! I without a doubt order/pickup from Shiku Sushi a minimum of 3 times monthly (and usually a lot more often than that…) Service is amazing, the people are so nice, and most importantly the sushi is my favorite in Seattle. Visited for the first time and everything was so good! I ordered the sashimi roll and also the chef’s choice nigiri. I never thought I’d use the word “refreshing” to describe a sushi roll, but it was exactly that! And each of the pieces of nigiri I got were simply perfect. Thought I would have to ask for a to-go box once I saw the donuts I ordered, but they were so good I ended up finishing them before I knew it. Overall vibe was great....
We love this spot! The master sushi chef Khine always makes us great chef specials, and asks about dietary restrictions and allergies as soon as we sit down. Assistant Master Chef Riley also delivers from the best sides and appetizers from the kitchen. Everyone on staff is very friendly and attentive. The pricing is competitive and the food is really good quality.
