Such a fun and lively atmosphere here, with tons of food and drink options to choose from. I went with the Japanese ramen, which was good, but a heads-up that it's a bit expensive at about $20 a bowl. You're definitely paying for the cool vibe, but it's a great spot for a night out.

This definitely is going to be your “TikTok” spot. Nothing was super amazing to eat here nor was it bad. I wouldn’t go back unless I had friends who wanted to check it out. It’s a cool space with awesome decor and lots of food options. We tried the chicken karaage (which was a bit too gingery for my taste. Also tried the ramen and banh mi which weren’t really special.

Food is mid and overpriced, all dishes are around $20 for an individual dish. $8 thai iced tea and they filled up the ice all the way up. Don’t waste your money here. The place is overstimulating with too many colors and the ordering system is confusing. Pay stations are blended in with the colors and hard to navigate. No cash accepted.

Great concept... but this hawker is not adequately staffed. Ordered a Banh-mi sandwich. For 20min, the particular kitchen is still empty. Took 30min for the order. This is a review on management, not the hard working staff.

I first came here when it had just opened, the food was amazing, the atmosphere was bustling. Came back recently with some out of town friends and was disappointed to see how down hill it had gone. We first went to order and the place was dead silent, I was a bit confused since my last visit it was really popular. Than we got to the kiosk and a large German Cockroach popped out from the counter and crawled towards us. The staff panicked and werent sure what to do so my friend had yo end up killing it herself. The head of house came up and said thank you and quickly wiped it il with a napkin and no sanitary cleaning products. We ordered some crab rangoon to go and sat down. Thirty minutes later and asking multiple times if it was ready we got the order and went in our way. As we opened the box we were super disappointed it was five tiny rangoons and they tasted like they were frozen from a box that you could buy at your local grocers freezer aisle. Will not be coming back unless they make serious changes cleanliness and food wise. Severely disappointing.

Worst food experience I’ve had in a long time. Saw and killed a roach at the ordering kiosk. I had to flag a worker down to show them the roach. Needs a pest and food safety inspection if you ask me.
Menu’s extremely complicated, took 20 minutes for a single to go order of Crab Rangoon. Food court was empty too, so there was no excuse of it being busy and taking longer than expected

This is my 2nd time here, both times I enjoyed the food. The average price is $19 which is ok. It's a great place when you are dining alone. Clean and has a good atmosphere here.

I wish I could write a review only for the pho instead of the food village as a whole because there are still some things I want to try here that look good. But alas, I must warn everybody not to eat the pho here.
If any of you have ever gotten the instant pho from Viet-Wah that comes in the little plastic bowls, then this is basically the same thing except it costs $24. I understand that Westlake center is going to have expensive rent, so the price of the bowl doesn't actually offend me by itself since a lot of people have had to raise their prices but still provide good food, like pho4U. It's the fact that this $24 bowl doesn't taste any better than an instant bowl of pho that I must warn everybody not to order this.
There is almost no depth to the broth, it's just like putting a beef bouillon cube inside a bowl of hot water. Judging by the square pieces of brisket that I found in the bowl, it seems that this pho is inspired by the Singaporean or Malay palate as the only other time I've had ball with square brisket is in the MBS in Singapore. However, unlike Singapore, this place's recipie does not work at all. The only good thing I can find about this bowl is that they give you culantro (ngò gai) by default, but not very much.
I feel like I've martyred my tongue for this review. Almost any pho place would be better. Pho City on 4th Ave sucks, but it's still better than this place. Vietnam cafe in Ballard is much too sweet, but I would rather eat there than this pho. Lucky's Pho is an affront to Pho and calling anything with shitake mushrooms pho is sacrilege, and while the pho at Asean is not as horrific as Lucky's my first thought after the first bite of Asean's pho was whether it was worse than Lucky's or not.
I will be back to try the hainanese chicken rice.
