Had a first class meal at Assaggio! Lasagna and linguine were exceptional. Sit at the bar and take the bartenders recommendations he has pride in his drinks and the restaurant, as he should!
I had the Halibut special for dinner. It was very good moist fish on a bed of mashed potatoes with capers & broccoli. The broccoli was a bit firm as I was not able to cut through the stalk with my knife but still good to the bite. I much prefer that than too soft. But (my fault), I was very disappointed that I left my favorite water bottle on the table! and I was flying out the next morning. I'm hoping to pick it up in a few months when I'm back in town.
