lasts 2-3 days, usually gone in 2-3 hours though. hide in back of fridge.
TAHINA DELI
lasts 3-4 days. please wipe chin after drinking.

it should last 2-3 days, please try to savor it :B

these imported hamutzim (pickled thingies) traveled a long way to meet your belly. melafafonim = lil cukes. shifka = hot pepers. zeitim = olives.
SABABAGANOOSH DELI
sababa means like cool or dope! Stays good for a week easily.
GREEN S'CHUG DELI
more herby and a little hotter than the red s'chug.
RED S'CHUG DELI
quite hot. you'll put this stuff on everything.

The first time I went there was amazing. Today I went but got take out and both the pita and the pickles were missing and didn't see it until I got home.... For $25 with tax and everything it's pretty expensive to not havw the full meal.

Don't pay attention to the fake political reviews here, this is by far the best falafel, pita, and hummus in Seattle.
Recommend buying from the deli menu if you're looking to maximize bang for your buck.
If you or your loved ones tragically still think hummus is just a thing to dip baby carrots in, this is definitely a great place to start your hummus journey.

I wanted to love this but alas it disappoints. I got the falafel platter and while the pita was super soft, it was fermented with a flavor that I couldn’t stand. The hummus was super creamy but lacked flavor

The tahini I think had too much of something - salt? I couldn’t pinpoint it. The falafel with all together just had a strange aftertaste that I couldn’t get over.
