Extremely kind and knowledgeable. There is more to tea than just pour and steep, and you will learn if you wish here. The blends are crafted well, and the steampunk aesthetic adds to the experience. It reminds of a time when tea was more than just a run of the mill grocery store commodity, but something rare to be treasured. Whenever I am in the area I will be sure to visit B. Fuller's Mortar and Pestle.
I have been purchasing tea here for years and now, even though I have moved to another state, I still order from them. Their teas are high quality, and the folks who own this shop are knowledgeable and personable. To the reviewers here who are serving up one star reviews based on political beliefs instead of your impression of their teas, wake up.
Came in wanting some black tea and Will sent me home with two wonderful options! I was wanting a black golden tip tea that’s sweet and not super bitter, Will brewed up some Tian Hong in store alongside the Victorian Breakfast. So delicious!!! Prices are very reasonable (especially coming from a tea lover). See you again!
