Went there for the first time this week, at first we were confused because the babar green is only a takeout window to the side of the main restaurant, which is not vegan. The menu had decent options and the food wasn't bad. Having to sit outside or takeaway only is a bit of a bummer though. Updated from previous review on 2025-09-10

Loved my lunch at Ba Bar Green, they offer dishes I haven't seen elsewhere and the staff was very knowledgeable about the menu. The area is a bit busy but is better than some of the vegan restaurants in town.

Listen this was the best food I have ever tasted. So much flavor and so well done. I have had pho all around the states and this one was special. They trimmed the fat from the beef, it was solid! I can't tell you enough that this place is a must try. We visited U district's location and Molly was our service. She was polite, patient, and knew exactly what to recommend.
