Based on the reviews, Starbucks Coffee Company has efficient and genuine service with uplifting baristas who greet customers. The people on the morning shift are very nice, and the new light roast is quite good with a much-needed jolt of caffeine. However, the table tops are terribly wobbly and the place needs to be cleaned. A blonde girl taking an order kept getting random details of drinks wrong. One customer did not receive the free cold foam that was printed on the label. The restaurant accommodates groups from the cold plunge club in Lake Union, offering great service. The music is great and some say it is the best Starbucks coffee in years.
