I am not going to address my personal issues but I was refused service for having my order written down. The older looking woman with whitish blonde hair that has pink sprayed in it to told me, " I'm not going to read that if you wan to order you must speak it so I left and went to another Starbucks. I won't be returning either. Many people are unable to speak due to many factors and should not be turned around for it. That is discrimination. Several orders come written for them. They have to read any order places online too all day long so it really doesn't make sense why she acted this way and was evil and wrong and uncalled for for no reason. She has read my order before like they all have everywhere I go and as they should if someone is unable to speak for any reason. This makes no sense and is illegal.

Friendly and helpful barista ?Had problem with my Starbucks apps the whole day to claim my bday reward.After checking internally, they advised me to contact the customer service hotline in the future. In addition, they nicely offered me my complimentary bday drink.Love the festive xmas-y Peppermint Mocha, loaded with lotsa whipped cream & sprinkles ~ ??Thank u~! ?

A $4 croissant??!! Not worth the electricity to warm it up! Wilty outer shell, deflated inside. As the French would say, No!! Just no!! This review is about the food, not the nice baristas. Whoever is in charge of food options needs to do Q&A and leadership needs to stop being so greedy. Stick to the coffee.

Worst starbucks I've ever been to. I went before a performance, thinking I'd be back in about 5 minutes, but no. The employee took about 2 minutes just writing on the cup and another 2 minutes typing my very simple order into the computer- a strawberry açaí lemonade. Then, I waited for about 10-15 minutes and had to leave without even getting my drink because it made me late. The other employee started making other people's drinks that were behind me before mine too, not to mention at a snails pace. I might as well have got a lawn chair out, considering how long it took to make one simple drink in less than 10 minutes. Waste of money, time, and energy.

I visited this Starbucks today and was surprised to have been greeted rudely. But nevertheless I went ahead and ordered a custom drink which the server served it well however the temperature of the coffee was not upto the mark it was luke warm and colder than normal hot coffee. I asked the other server on the barista that this coffee is not hot could you please make the same drink but make it a hotter. However the reaction I received was very uncalled for. I repeated the same thing 3 times explained her my order.I even asked her to look at my previous order if she did not understand what I had ordered but she continued to ask me questions in a very rude and racist way. I was running late for my office and had no time to continue talking to her so I just had to leave the coffee there itself and walk back. I’m very shocked with the service I received at this Starbucks today. It’s a renowned coffee place and I have never experienced this kind of behavior in the years of me visiting Starbucks so it makes me definitely think of switching gears and trying other local coffee places if this is the quality of service that is being offered where one doesn’t feel comfortable about the tone and rudeness from the staff.
