My pale horse drink and painkiller were phenomenal as was my fried bologna sandwich. However what really stands out in this lovely space is the excellent customer service. It truly was pleasant to engage with the very attentive staff- thank you Bait Shop!!

Attentive service, really awesome portion sizes especially for Seattle and Capitol Hill in 2026. Burger came with 3 legit patties, saucy, onions, decent bun. Feel like a lot of bars just do frozen patties and Fred Meyer buns these days. Lots of fries too.

The food is amazing, as are most of the drinks. Everything comes in a fun glass and the vibe is wonderful. The only thing I've ever found to complain about is the Music Volume because it makes it really hard to have or strike up a conversation but I assume this is on purpose to keep people from malingering too long.

I do think it is a bit tacky that the suggested tips are so high. 30% of the bill? And y'all get paid more hourly working in seattle....
