4 stars, more like 3.5 😂😂😂😂😂. Mother dear and I split the black sesame sundae. It's no Nanas, but there were some pockets of #gold in there. The ratio of soft serve to syrup throughout was all off. Whatever those crunchy things were, they were great! Also, how about a few more chairs our here??

I love their soft serve and ice cream sammies, so I assumed they could do no wrong. I was excited when I saw they had a new item, the yuzu chocolate popsicle! I was expecting a Magnum ice cream bar kind of thing. It was disappointing in every way.

1. The size! For $3, you get a baby popsicle, smaller than the palm of my hand.
2. The taste! The yuzu definitely comes through, but that was the only redeeming quality. The chocolate coating tasted like it was diluted. Like, I didn't even know it was possible to make chocolate like that...
3. The texture! My god, was it icy. The description said it was creamy on the inside with crispy chocolate on the outside. Creamy was being used very very very loosely here.

Baiten has other good desserts on their menu, but I'd be wary of their new menu items in the future. I don't think anyone tried out this yuzu chocolate idea before making it available to the public

Delicious lunch bentos! Big fan of the karaage/poke bento and also the wagyu beef bento.

Found our new spot for desserts! We ordered Kurogoma & Kinako Deluxe Sundae, every single topping was damn goooood! The serving was huge, my bf and I shared and still couldn’t finish it. Note that they have a patio with very limited seats. I am definitely coming back for more!

If there are no Baiten fans left, I must be dead. Best soft serve in Seattle!

This is my absolute favorite place in Seattle for a quick snack, ice cream or just some lunch! They are super friendly and have lots of seating outside. The atmosphere is really good. I recommend the deluxe sundae if you get one!! Every bite has a different taste ! ☺️

We ordered the matcha deluxe sundae, strawberry sandwich, and the wagyu all-star bento. The sandwich was fine, it's just whipped cream with strawberries but it was in-between stale bread so that was not worth and so overpriced. The matcha sundae was not bad, I wish it wasn't just a syrup like all the other reviews. But we had an issue with the bento. First off, the lady in the front repeated my order correctly back to me but we received the wrong bento. When I went to return it to receive the correct bento, she said that she charged me for the cheaper bento so I would have to pay an extra couple bucks. I get that the bento I ordered was more expensive than the one I was charged but she screwed up so why do I have to pay more? In the end, we stuck with the bento we received and it was mid. The whole experience was mid, we expected much more. Wouldn't recommend sadly and won't be returning. There's much better places to eat where your money and time are more appreciated.

Their soft service ice cream is soooo good. The yuzu flavor was delicious. I definitely want to go back and get a sundae. Their ice cream is also really cute. I forgot to take pics sadly

I bought a curry and seafood bento. It tasted good, but it was extremely salty and I couldn't eat it after about half of it. It contains so much salt that it leaves your mouth burning even after eating.

This has recently become one of my favorite lunch spots on Capitol Hill. I’m also going to go out on a limb and say it has some of the best soft serve ice cream in Seattle.

Not only are the tasty treats good but the food itself. You get a lot of food for the price as well. There isn’t much area to sit I didn’t mind at all enjoying my food on one of their outside tables.

I’ve been back a few times already and will be going back again!

Such beautiful, delicious treats. I swung by around 9pm and even so late in the night, there were plenty of options. The service was welcoming and the food was great.
