It's a cute asian dessert spot. I came here to try their pretty popular (or trending) fruit sandwiches.

It was good but it was pretty much what it sounded like. I personally liked the matcha flavour one a lot.

But having tried this - I think I can make this home pretty easily - in fact anyone can - just the concept is interesting.
My girlfriend and I stopped by Baiten while we were in Seattle and it was a really solid experience overall. We ended up trying the yuzu soft serve and the strawberry cream sando—both were super fresh and flavorful. The yuzu soft serve had that perfect balance of citrusy tang without being too sour, and it felt really light, which I liked. Adorable hole-in-the-wall dessert stall serving some of the best soft serve and fruit sandos in Seattle. This tiny shop is essentially just a window front, but the owner does wonders with such a small space. She does everything herself, from taking orders to assembling the parfaits, but she’s remarkably efficient.
