Attended the Croatian festival at Seattle Center last fall and Baked in Bosnia was one of the food vendors. Bosnia is a neighboring country so the food is similar. The menu had a handful of items available.

There was a miscommunication with my order as I wanted the stuffed cabbage rolls, but got the cabbage burek instead. Rather than sending it back, I decided to try it out and enjoyed this vegetarian puff pastry dish. It was filling and well seasoned.

Baked in Bosnia is truly the best of the best. The food is excellent, fresh, and made with so much love. Every bite reminds me of traditional Mediterranean and Balkan recipes from my childhood, like something a grandmother would make with care, warmth, and heart.
You can feel how special it is for the owner to share not only delicious food, but also culture, history, and a unique taste that is hard to find anywhere else. The flavors are comforting, homemade, and unforgettable.

Wow!! We ordered catering from Baked in Bosnia for an event featuring speakers from the Balkans. The speakers said the food was just like home and attendees loved getting to taste authentic Balkan food. Something that was SUPER helpful was receiving a print-out of all of the ingredients and allergy information.
