Everything was delicious and she was so easy to work with (excellent communication and very responsive). With her 34 years of experience, we knew we were in great hands with Raquel and didn't need to worry about a single thing when it came to feeding our guests. We had so many food options for brunch, there was something for everyone and no one left hungry. The maple syrup fountain on the waffle and pancake table was a showstopper, as was the espresso martini fountain and cinnamon rolls for dessert (instead of cake)! 3 Baker's Dozen delivered a tasty ending to our fairytale wedding, thank you Raquel!

She was warm, patient, responsive, professional, and experienced. Raquel listened to our budget and ideas for the menu, then provided thoughtful proposals that we discussed and edited together. We did tastings of every piece of the menu and were comfortable being honest with our opinions. We ended up creating a beautiful and delicious menu with Raquel that fit our palette.
Raquel's food is so flavorful, she makes every dish with love. There were some dietary restrictions for a few of our guests and Raquel made sure there were meal substitutions for them. The guests were impressed with the dishes and left our wedding well fed. Baker's Dozen provided buffet service and bartending along with cake cutting. No one left thirsty and no guests were over served - it was perfect.
We can't recommend her highly enough for a wedding or any large event with hungry humans!

Bakers' Dozen were amazing! We picked the taco bar because its one of our favorite meals and people generally love it! Raquel's food was so good. So good that as soon as guests realized every table had been served they went back for seconds. The amount of leftovers was enough for one meal and I take that as the highest compliment for our choice of catering! We got so many compliments on how delicious the food was. We also added on bartending service, and they made sure guests got served quickly during cocktail hour to avoid the dreaded long lines. Highly recommend hiring them for your wedding or event!

They did both catering and bartending. Raquel was very flexible with our menu changes and making sure everything was inclusive for everyone, and was also able to work within our budget. She was even so kind and understanding when I needed to change my wedding date due to illness, and on top of that drove through the snow for our new date!! We did the From the Grill Buffet menu, with some vegan options and she even did Filipino pancit for us. Everything tasted great and our guests were very pleased.
