I was in the bar this evening and got to interact with the owner. I was so impressed - she was service-oriented, friendly and personable, and truly went above and beyond. You can tell she really cares about the customer experience. Highly recommend.
There are few places in the world you would be made to feel more welcome, short of your grandmother’s kitchen. Every neighborhood needs a Baker’s. Your third place. Your anti-Seattle freeze place. Your favorite place.
Thankfully my neighborhood has this gem, but I look forward to seeing you sit down at a barstool next to me even if you’re from out of town. You should all come here, and feel welcome!

How anyone could give Bakers less than 5 stars is beyond me. The crew at Bakers is the best and the drinks are the best in Seattle. I frequently find myself at other bars thinking “this would be better at Bakers.” I love that I can order a classic or ask them to get inventive and they also make something delicious. The French onion dip is so good and rotating seasonal menu is always delish. Only come here if you want every other bar to pale in comparison. 😉💕
