Went here recently to get a tart for my dad's birthday and a Kouign Amann. They ran out of other tarts so I bought the remaining tart which was a pear and marzipan tart. Very friendly staff and good atmosphere. Kouign Amann was still warm when I got home and dad was not dissappointed by the tart.
What a surprise! Walked by here so many times and the opening time is very limited. BUT IT IS SO WORTH IT! How do you make a croissant that's flaky on the outside and soft and moist on the inside? Best I've ever had. Couldn't help myself and got a bunch of stuff, everything is well balance, top quality, and not too sweet!!
The food here is actually rather delicious, but it doesn’t matter if they aren’t ever open. They changed their hours to basically be open at inconvenient times. Being closed on Sundays is just weird. Food is good, but other bakeries are also good, and have more appropriate hours for customers to visit.
