The lines are always long but the staff is efficient and friendly! Everything I’ve tried is so good. Even their simple croissant is amazing. My favorites are the junction croissant, kouign amman, and seasonal brioches.
Everything from the real butter creme, to the service, to the location, everything about this place is perfect. Some may find it expensive but you get what you pay for when it comes to bakeries and if you dont think paying more for better quality and service isnt worth it then there is a bakery just for you down the street at Safeway, or even worse, QFC. Absolutely fantastic baked goods: sweet and savory. Expensive, but I think it's worth it.

Dad had the carrot cake, with cream cheese icing, 9/10
Sourdough rye bread, surprised me how much I enjoyed this. 9/10 on the day of baking. Incredibly flavorful and chewy. Best when warmed in the microwave, toasting, it causes it to lose flavor.
