Not only is this the best Bakery in Seattle (try the baked almond croissant), and not just pastries and bread (although those are absolutely amazing) but also sandwiches and pizza by the slice, but William (the owner) is also an extremely kind and friendly person. Whether you’re a local, or visiting from out of town, you have to come here.

We came here for a quick breakfast and it was delicious! We have gotten a chocolate cake from the Capitol Hill location and it was great, but its taken us a long time to finally try the other offerings. This exceptional bakery was a treat to visit. The staff was extremely friendly and engaging, and one employee essentially gave us free samples as first time visitors. The food was also very tasty. The macarons were just the right amount of sweetness, and the ham and cheese baguette had the right bit of crunch on the outside while the inside of the bread was very fluffy.
