Regret coming in here. Ordered an ice tea and waited ten minutes. Asked for an update and was told they forgot to make it, no apology given. I asked for a refund and they couldn’t find the transaction on their iPad, despite the fact that it was on my credit card statement. They tried to imply that I never placed the order and said there was nothing they could do. I was out $6.20 and 20 minutes, given attitude and no apologies. I came in during a slow time today and was helped by an awesome, blonde barista with bangs. They were multitasking, pleasant, and timely despite a small line forming behind me. Well done, barista.
Such a cool and chill coffee shop to sit and enjoy a coffee/chai. Has the chai and killed the Ginger spice but wish i was a little bit hotter. It was luke warm at best and I didn’t enjoy it as much as I would if it was hot. Overall a cool spot and makes me want to come work out of it soon.
