Sushi is really good; we had many different variety from sushi to Sashimi and some appetizers like picked cucumber, edamame, and miso soup

All sushi dishes were fresh and flavorful and the extra sauces were a nice touch

Why the overall 4 stars, cause the service was very poor

Plenty of parking in the parking garage across the street but entrance is in the side and not on street

Only my 3rd time having Sushi and this was my favorite place. Everything is gluten free except the beer and the burger roll. Also, loved me some tempura and fried chicken! Be warned, it's filling and delicious!

I had a fantastic dining experience at the Bamboo Sushi University Village location. While I have had the privilege of consuming here many a time, yesterday's visit truly was an elevated evening full of delightful bites and boisterous yet intimate conversation. Food is consistently flavorful and executed to precision, representing a myriad of complex flavors that explore the contemporary Asian and Japanese culinary profile.
