Almost 11 years ago I wrote a review for Banh Town back when they had just opened. Came back recently for the first time in a long while and figured it deserved an update.

I tried their five spice chicken banh mi and it was delicious! Very soft and fresh bread. This is a family owned restaurant, I saw three generations working behind in the kitchen. I will 100% come back here to try other things.

This dish was a fun combination of textured and flavors. Just when you’ve taken a few bites of rice, you have some rich chicken to dig into. Then quickly a crunch salad bite for freshness. Crispy egg roll. And on and on. So fun to eat. Made great leftovers too.
I heard great things about the other dishes. Will come back when I can.
