Ever since a friend spontaneously ordered the crispy garlic chicken here more than five years ago, I have been on a quest.

Every Thai restaurant I visit, in Seattle or while traveling, gets the same test: if crispy garlic chicken is on the menu, I order it. I have searched far and wide. I have eaten many contenders. None have prevailed.

My favorite place to dine when in Seattle! Firstly, the service is always excellent. Then the food… always prepared to order. I love Thai spicy but they can make any dish exactly to your personal heat preference. I travel for a living and Thai food is my favorite. This chef is excellent and gets it right every time! Pad kee mao was fire -- solid spice level (I got it spicy) and noodle texture and well cooked veggies. Portion was generous and a full meal for a starving man. Might just be my new fav Thai place in Seattle and Thai food is my go-to.
