I won't be going here while they're involved in an animal cruelty scandal. Inspire Brands, which owns Baskin Robbins, isn't being transparent about when they'll fulfill their pledge to go cage-free. In 2021 Inspire Brands pledged to phase out cruel cages for their hens by 2025. But now they are refusing to update customers on their progress toward this promise. I don't eat anywhere that supports extreme animal cruelty.

got the strawberry cheesecake flavorthought it was a decent amount for 150-160 calscould definitely taste the strawberry - it had a sweet flavor when mixed with the vanilla like cheesecakei did enjoy the large cheesecake bites in there - although those didn’t really taste like cheesecake muchbut overall - the strawberry flavor was pretty decent with the overall mix of vanilla/cheesecake ish ice creamoverall: 7/10

I purchased an ice cream cake and this was the first time that the ice cream cake was half cake and not all ice cream. The price of this was ridiculous and then they charged an extra 10 for something the cashier couldn't give me an answer.

Just visited this Baskin Robbins. Staff member was sweeping the store and immediately went to serve us ice cream without washing her hands. Upon asking the employee if she was going to wash her hands before serving us, she was visibly upset. I asked if she was okay and she said “No I am not because I want you to leave my store so we can clean!” in an extremely loud voice. This took place on 1/20/23 at 7:37 pm. The store does not close until 8 pm. The employee said her name was “Kaity” but I think this may have been fabricated as she had clear hesitation in her voice. She was the only female employee working at this time at this location. If you are concerned at all about sanitation, I would stay away! I don’t think I will be coming back to Baskin Robbins even though I have been a customer for years.

I would've given 0 stars if I could. We drove 20 minutes with our newborn baby to get ice cream tonight. It was 8:35pm and the store closed at 9:00pm. I tried to order a banana royale and a scoop of ice cream. The two employees working there said they weren't making banana royales because they were closing soon. So my husband went in and they told him the same thing. They said they were told to turn the machines off 30 minutes before closing. When we asked for the managers name they said they weren't allowed to give that information out. This is so sad because there aren't many Baskin Robbins stores left in Washington. If your hours say open until 9:00pm then you need to serve customers all the way up until that time. You just lost my business and we ended up getting nothing here. Bottom line we will not be back to this location!

I took my niece to Baskin-Robbins today for an ice cream cone. It was 1:40pm and there was only one girl working all by herself. The line was to the door. She did a great job and she stayed calm and helped each person and had a great attitude!!I am sure someone must've called in sick today because it was a beautiful sunny day. But this young lady was on her game and did an outstanding job!!I didn't catch her name but wanted to make sure her boss knew what a wonderful job she did today all by herself.

Would give zero stars if I could. Walked in at 6:30 on an 80 degree Sunday. Sign clearly says open until 7pm posted on the door. As my wife and I walk in we are greeted and told they are closing in 15 minutes. Ok that’s plenty of time for a milkshake. Nope, the staff says it’s policy that no drinks are made in the last 15 minutes of them being open. We say well aren’t you open until 7pm? Ya not today we have to clean out a cooler that’s not working properly. I’m sorry is that not something that can be done after being closed or do the owners not want to pay you? Sounds like lazy staff not wanting to clean a shaker and wipe down the shake machine. Will not return.
The colored girl is very unpleasant. She gives you the orders in a bad way every time there is half an hour left to leave.

Very clean and quick even at max capacity inside! Lots of variety, kind staff and honestly, the pricing wasn't bad at all!$9.77 for a kids cups with sprinkles and a single scoop with 2 toppings! It was my kids 1st time here and they loved it 1000%.

Came two days ago and the policy is no samples. Ordered anyway. Came tonight and was told it is the owner's policy not to serve shakes 30 minutes before close but we could not obtain any info from the owner to verify. Kind of hard to see how this place will stay in business.

I come here really often with friends or family, either way super fun. The most memorable thing about an employee that I remember is that they were BLOODSHOT me and my friends just brushed it off. It didn't affect us, we had fun later. Recommend, multiple other fun things to do around it to, especially in October when spirit Halloween is right next to it
