My long overdue review comes down to 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ words: Best Taiyaki Comfort Food Ever‼️‼️💯🥰😋😍 Need I say more?
.
Taiyaki, a popular Japanese fish-shaped pastry, has an interesting history rooted in the Edo period's imagawayaki, a round pancake filled with sweet red bean paste. The modern version of taiyaki was invented in 1909 during the Meiji era by Seijirō Kanbei, who owned a sweets shop called Naniwaya in Tokyo

Must have visit for any tourists and anyone who likes fun waffles. Love that they offer custard. Always cooked just right and probably the only place out of Japan that does taiyaki this good.
I ordered the Ramen Heads and it was amazing, delicious & succulent; very tasty, fresh and made to perfection for your hunger. It exceeded my expectations & I look forward to my next trip to the food truck! 😋 . Thank you! ❤️

BeanFish is a very clean and delicious restaurant located in Seattle’s Chinese town. They serve delicious taiyaki, prepared perfectly, with super kind employees. The taiyaki comes in unique flavors, including the colonel custard, which is a Japanese fish-shaped waffle filled with custard cream. The restaurant has enough tables and seats and is next to a marketplace with many other food stops. It is well-organized and has received an A+ by the city code. Customers love that the taiyaki is made to order, ensuring it is always piping hot and fresh. The staff is friendly and accommodating, even offering free honey chips in case of any misunderstandings. It is a perfect spot for a quick and tasty bite to eat. Visitors also enjoy the creative menu and the variety of flavors, both savory and sweet, with fillings that are full of flavor and generous in amount. The waffle is soft and fluffy, and the taiyaki is best when fresh and hot, though it remains tasty at room temperature or when reheated. The menu features options like the Kobayashi Kun and the K-pop fish, along with other favorites such as the mmmBacon, Jiro, and OOH-BAE. Customers often find themselves wanting to order more than they can eat and appreciate the friendly service and vibrant atmosphere.
