Delicious Mac and Cheese! Get a cup when visiting Pike Place Market! As someone from the Midwest who has tried Wisconsin cheese, Beecher's is quite impressive! Highly recommend.
Very rich and enjoyable. Fun place to visit at Pike
Amazing cheese
Tried the Mac&Cheese with Smoked Salmon. It was so salty.
10/10 mac and cheese and super quick service
I was craving mac and cheese so I tried it. The flavor is really weird and oniony, but like, artificially so. Kinda gross tbh. And the sauce was really starchy, like they made a rue but didn’t cook the flour enough or add enough fat. Yucky. Not a fan.
I’m sorry I literally love this place and I don’t care what anyone thinks! True Mac and cheese lovers need to visit !! Rich roux sauce. The original 8 oz is all you need.
The girl in the front counter yeah and then proceeded to use a dirty towel to wipe the cheese. She should be using a new towel for everyone if she’s gonna be doing it like that that that is unsanitary and she should be fired or retrained.
Obviously an iconic Pike Place attraction often with a line out the door. It’s cool to watch the factory process, the cheese curd samples are a plus, but the mac&cheese itself is overhyped. It was about $9 for a small portion- gritty, and bland at that. They do get you in and out the door pretty quickly. Take out only.
I enjoyed my visit and learning how cheese was made. The grilled cheese sandwich I had was ok but not great. Good spot to visit if in the area.

It’s good but it’s not life changing. Kinda overhyped.
Delicious cheese & free samples! 🧀
This place blows ONE STAR!!! The place smells like cheese (because its a cheese factory i didn't know that) it probably has mice everywhere (EWWWWWW) ((its because its a cheese factory)) erm actually I change my mind 2 stars because I MET BIGGIE CHEESE FROM NICKELODEON and platinum winning song Mr.Boombastic was playing….
There’s usually a long line at this popular Pike’s Place spot, but it moves pretty fast. We tried the World’s Best Mac & Cheese, but I was a bit disappointed. They have free samples at the end, and I really liked their flagship cheese.
Beecher’s is, without question, one of my must-visit stops every time I’m in Seattle—and the main reason is their legendary mac and cheese. I literally come to the city just for this dish. It’s creamy, rich, and incredibly cheesy, with just the right balance of sharpness and smoothness. The pasta is perfectly cooked, and the sauce clings to every bite, making it indulgent and satisfying without being heavy.
While there’s no dine-in option—it’s strictly a pickup spot—the quality of the food makes it completely worth it. The line can get long during peak times, but it moves quickly, and the staff is efficient and friendly. You can tell they’ve mastered the art of keeping the flow going while still delivering fresh, hot, and consistently delicious mac and cheese.
What I love most is that the flavor is exactly the same every time I come. No matter when you visit, you can count on that comforting, cheesy goodness that has made Beecher’s so iconic. Whether you’re a local or a visitor, it’s a must-try Seattle food experience. No frills, no fancy seating—just pure, melt-in-your-mouth perfection.
