Their smoked salmon Mac and cheese as well as their grilled cheese sandwiches are life changing! Reasonably fast service and just a cool place to visit and learn a little bit about how it’s all made. This place is on the top of our list when we return to Seattle.

I always bring tourists here when they visit pike place! The Mac n cheese is kinda runny but the cheese is fresh. Try the cheese curd samples if they have any :)

Every time I’m in Seattle I NEED Beecher’s !! The mac and cheese is so good it has a nice smoky flavor to it. I know tomato soup is usually basic but wow this was a 10/10 for me 😭the croutons and cheese and the flavor just perfect honestly. There’s always a line here but it goes by so quick they have you in & out. Definitely recommend this place to anyone in the area.

Their Flagship cheese sticks are the best in the world. I seriously can't eat another "string cheese" product again. Beecher's has ruined me lol! We buy ours in bulk at Costco, please continue supplying there! We love your cheese!!! You can taste the salt crystals. Such incredible quality. A noticeable difference. ??
Food was spectacular! Staff was friendly and super knowledgeable. Really cool to see the curd making process too!

This mac and cheese with such rich cheese is absolutely delicious! During the day, we were able to see the cheese factory inside the restaurant from the outside. I definitely want to visit again.
