First time in Sushi Kashiba and will definitely come back again. The sushi was presented deliciously and tasted fresh. We got the omakase and peak menu choice along with the sunomono salad and hamachi collar for appetizers. Restaurant was quaint and clean. If you are willing to spend $250 each, with drinks, then it is absolutely the place for Sushi. The owner is Shiro Kashiba, the founder of the Belltown "Shiro Sushi." He left Shiro in 2014 and founded this one, both his namesakes. The idea is to choose one of the Omakase choices: counter, Omakase, or "Peak." They differ by volume and prices. I saw the reviews and had to try this place out. I was not impressed with the menu since it has only the basic fish. The fish was fresh and tasted good, but not great. The price was a bit outrageous for the portions they provided. However, you have to try it once to know it.
