This is the best omakase experience I have ever done! I have done 5 others so far and this was top tier. The sushi chef was present the entire time serving just me and my wife and was attentive and glad to answer questions. Be sure to come hungry as you get a lot! I had heard that this is among the best in the US and I completely agree.
Sushi Kashiba just redefined what I thought sushi could be. I came in from Las Vegas confident in my sushi standards — we have some great spots back home — but this meal completely reset the bar.
Our waiter, Matthew, made the night. He walked us through the case with real knowledge and enthusiasm, steering us toward pieces we never would have picked on our own. Every recommendation landed.

Did table Omakase, and it was phenomenal! Service was excellent, and the food was tasty and well worth every benjamin. Yes it’s expensive, but a great special occasion out meal!
