This is a pretty cool concept, where there's a ton of different options to choose from. unlike somewhere like chipotle, though, you actually choose how much of each thing you want, and load your plate up - which resembles a buffet style. But also unlike a buffet, you pay by the pound at the end.

Bentoful is great! Just wish there is one meat (chicken / beef) option that is not sweetened (think the chicken topping from chipotle) then I would be going every day! All the meats today are marinated in sweet teriyaki

Lunch with a lecture! When they say 2 salmon slices of person, they judge it based on who's paying. Doesn't matter if it is three slices across two clearly distinct meals. That said, the chefs know what they're doing and the quality is always very good!
