Visited here on a trip to Seattle. The place was packed but they were able to get us seated within a short wait. Our server helped us learn the menu and gave good recommendations. The thick ramen noodles were unique and the flavor of everything was great. I like spice in my food, but I went “mild spicy” and my lips were feeling it. Highly recommended this place for a flavorful meal!

I got the mapo tofu noodles and they were so good. The hand pulled noodles are so satisfying and very flavorful. My whole group loved their meals as well including the curry tofu noodles and tofu bao. Updated from previous review on 2026-08-03

I love our waiters from Alex, to Sela, and even our bartender, ANNIE, from upstairs. My friend and I had this place LOCKED IN when we were planning my trip to eat here. We felt so loved and homey. Thank you Biang Biang for the great experience and memories. Please come to Hawaii and bring staff 😁 .
