The pizza is great, the patrons suck. True Seattle freeze vibes from everyone in there. You could stab a stranger and no one would bat an eye but if you mess with a regular all hell breaks loose.

$37 for a whole pizza, nothing crazy. If i walked by i’d assume it would be some crazy pizza based on the old style sign but when me and my roomie had it, it was legit alright. I’d never order it again for sure.

04.07.2024 around 7pm. stupid workers. I stood in line. did not give ready food. It's just disrespecting the driver. I wasted my time on the line. The customer belonged to the restaurant, not me. I am a doordash driver. I could also come as a customer. But because they are very rude, I eat elsewhere

We came to get pizza at 1:15 AM. As we were waiting in line, they closed and emptied the restaurant at 1:30 am. The staff walked across the street leaving the store empty without an explanation to the customers in line. They returned to the store at 1:50. They then proceeded to let non-workers into the store while other customers waited in line. The “door man” yelled at random people continuously with his megaphone throughout the wait while doing nothing remotely attributable to working at the restaurant. The sign clearly reads that the store is open until 2 am with window service until 3 am. Management should really look at the staff servicing the Pike Street Capital Hill location.

I mean how does one describe the perfection that is Big Mario’s pepperoni..? Shout out to Keo for being a pizza wizard and just incredible at their job! Sometimes when this spot gets busy I think about getting pizza elsewhere on the hill - but there’s only one Keo ?

Big Mario's is hands down my favorite pizza in Seattle! Never once have I had a bad slice or a slice that wasn't heated to perfection. So good ? Now...as I'm writing this review...I'm craving a slice!! Might have to swing by on my way home from downtown today ?

It's vibey and far from elegant, but it's comfortable, safe, and the staff is friendly. Be courteous and you'll win them over-- it doesn't take much kindness. Nothing beats a late night soice or an cocktail at the bar. Say hi to Keo!
