We got four slices to go with a side of ranch. Not too complicated. 1/2 of our order was wrong, and no ranch. It’s too simple of a request for almost the whole order to be wrong. It seems every slice we did get also had a lot of red pepper on it, which is not great if that’s not what you wanted to add to the pizza slice you already didn’t want.

Asked for 4 slices of pepperoni. They said they were out and they'd be ready in 20 Asked after 20 mins how much longer for the pepperoni. They said it would be another 15.
How can you sell by the slice and only have two slices of cold cheese pizza?
Also they messed up a guy's order on the phone and tried to make it seem like he wasn't right to be upset about waiting for the wrong order and just shrugged about it. I get you're busy but just be honest about it and own your mistakes.
