The pizza is hit or miss. If you catch it fresh it's okay, but it's normally reheated cardboard. The staff do not care at all about anything and then the checkout starts at 30% to 18% working left to right. All they do is turn around and put it in the oven for a minute. They are actively working against their customers even though it's a relatively chill location between Fremont and Ballard.

After having had a great experience at another one of their locations, I decided to bring my NYC friend here for a taste of home. Bad idea. Arrived at 10pm and there were 6 to 8 people seated, most of whom had their food. There were 3 guys working behind the counter who initially seemed a bit too distracted chatting and goofing around to take our order for a large cheese pie. They said it’d be 20-25 mins. 50 mins later I checked to see when it might be ready. After some delay, they said it’d be ready in 5 mins. 20 mins after that, we finally got an undercooked, sloppy, wet, soggy mess where the slices couldn’t even be picked up (let alone folded). It was awful. They had clearly forgotten about our order and tried to rush a quick pizza when they realized their mistake. This certainly made me regret having tipped them in advance. Won’t be returning.
