Garlic Cheese Pizza Bread

Largish place with a patio, 12 own beer on tap, 1 cask, bar drinks, old pub decor. Solid beer all across. Flights available. Free WiFi. Decent burger and fries. Staff seems overworked, avoids eye contact, and is hard to get hold of.

Big Time Brewery is a classic Seattle spot that absolutely holds up on a sunny day. Grabbed a seat in the outdoor seating area on a Saturday afternoon and it was the perfect setup — great vibe, great weather, great company. It was buzzing with people, which speaks to how popular this place is on a nice weekend. The kind of spot where you lose track of time without even trying. Definitely worth a visit!

Rick helped us plan an amazing fundraising event for our university organization! It was a great turnout and so much fun. The beer was amazing and the food was great! I got the verde nachos which were a massive portion for a great price.
As a self proclaimed beer snob the dark beers (porter and oatmeal stout) were so smooth and absolutely delicious.
I plan on returning often and supporting Rick and his brewery and you should too!
