Plenty of vegan and vegetarian options. Unfortunately the vegan chicken was not cooked too well and ruined the taste of the vegan supreme burrito. Inferno was alright and would not recommend the nachos - they are just alright. Would recommend going to Barrio down the street for better nachos and more flavorful tacos.

I dropped into this establishment just yesterday and had a soda.Some chips and salsa. I thought it was quite inviting, so I thought I'd come back and try the food. I ran into the doorman.I am plainly 55 years old.No one in the right mind would be even slightly mystified. My Massachusetts driver's license wouldn't scan through their barcode reader.The doorman apparently has to scan everybody who comes in. It. Is a perfectly valid Massachusetts driver's license, and it indicates my age on it and has a picture and the appropriate holographic stamps. Because their barcode reader wouldn't read it.The door man turned me away. That is absolutely wretched customer service.So bad you can't even get in to try their food early on a friday evening. Ridiculous, and I expect that that doorman was just power trippin a little because of his job. A tiny sloppy a little fellow. He loved it, if you saw me.You would know why. Because I make little ittybitty men like that uncomfortable.
And that's also as terrible.I mean, it was pasty muck

the last few times "birdie" has been my server and their attention to detail has been severely lacking. incorrect or missing drinks and food each time, and very slow service even when it's not busy. I don't know if it's because they prioritize their regulars/friends or because they don't write anything down when taking the order but I've been really turned off by the service here. which is a shame because the food is so good.

I have experienced some bad staff in this area, but this place had by far the worst. A girl with a nose piercing was possibly the most sour person I had ever met. I’m not from the country and she also was making jokes about my accent. She outright refused to charge my phone when I had a charger with me, which made it very difficult to travel back to my hotel. Completely unhelpful and incompetent at her job. And the next day the man working on the door (glasses and moustache), who was too busy smoking and talking to a girl was the most rude and unpleasant person I’ve ever seen in public job. This place is gives the city and area a terrible look and has by far the most ill mannered staff I’ve ever encountered. Manager needs to really think about who they’re hiring.

The employees were unapologetically, rude, aggressive and overall unprofessional. The bouncer cussed me out and made hateful personal comments towards me because I didn’t see him at the door to check my ID. He was standing on the sidewalk smoking a cigarette and not even paying attention which makes me question the overall safety in the establishment as a whole. I felt threatened and unsafe. The bartender also said that I didn’t belong there judging me based off my appearance.

This place was one of the best, as a bar and as a place to eat. Great atmosphere, friendly bartender en even better food & drinks. The food was extremely on point & tasteful. It was happy hour and we paid alsmost nothing for what we had! Really go inside if you read this :) plzzz

They briefly had a vegan menu , than didn’t. Vegan options aren’t good currently, but are sometimes depending on the kitchen staff?
I have had both the best and worst nachos of my life at this spot so who knows?

I remember this place tasting different when it was on Belmont/Pine but overall everything was fine. Food was ok. Service was ok. We asked for a pitcher of rainier and the waitress was like we don’t have that on draft. She came back we said we’d get a PBR, she then said we don’t have canned beers. Wouldn’t you tell us after we asked for a pitcher you don’t have these certain canned or pitchered beers?

I remember this place tasting different when it was on Belmont/Pine but overall everything was fine. Food was ok. Service was ok.We asked for a pitcher of rainier and the waitress was like we don’t have that on draft. She came back we said we’d get a PBR, she then said we don’t have canned beers. Wouldn’t you tell us after we asked for a pitcher you don’t have these certain canned or pitchered beers?
