Without a doubt the slowest service I have ever experienced at a food establishment. 30 minutes to get a single sandwich with only a handful of orders ahead of mine. They should be far better prepared for a noon lunch rush in SLU.

I lived in Seattle from 2022-2024, and I remember the owner/chef stayed open and made me a custom sandwich after a long day of work. It was one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had. I live in Texas now, and I still think about that sandwich.

The prices of the sandwiches were reasonable and the menu had quite a few choices.
I'd recommend visiting Bleuwiches!
