The absolute best bagels in Seattle. It can be hard to find true quality bagels in this town. This place is the best!

Amazing bagels that are easily some of the best in Seattle if not Washington. The service is friendly and the owners seem to really care about the neighborhood. The prices are reasonable for the quality and the coffee is good too.
Overall great spot to grab a delicious lunch.

At least the bagels have a crust, though if boiled, these are the lightest I've tasted. They sure are made as a sandwich platform. Verging on a bread doughnut, tjey are a bit on the fluffy side, which can make it tough to slide them into some toasters.
The toppings are abundant, and stick quite well. At $3 a pop, they are proud of their product, for good reason. There are decent orice breaks for a half or full dozen, no baker's dozens though.
In the same building where Deep Sea Sugar and Salt got started. Traffic routing is funny, but the city DOES want you to get through to the businesses and residences, so don't be shy.

Their bagels may be good, great even, if you cam get them. Today was my 3rd attempt to grab a bagel. Sold out. Every time. Great for those who can get there before 11am.. After that, good luck.
The rosemary bagel was delicious, would get again! Also the latte was great, and I appreciate the extra effort to get the foam right despite being covered in a to-go cup. It's the little things that speak volumes!

Just my favorite bagel shop in all of Seattle! The space itself is welcoming to all and Queer friendly - showcasing fabulous local artists on the wall. I love the mini grocery section (hello where else can you buy a quick roll of toilet paper for $1.50 when in need?!). And onto the bagels! They’re fresh, they’re delicious, and the prices won’t kill your wallet. I live in Tacoma but am in Seattle a few times a week and I try to always stop in.

Met some local friends here for breakfast on a Sunday & Tuesday, had the beet cured lox on rosemary sea salt with lemon thyme schmear both times 🤌🥯
The cold brew was smooth & bright. The staff and owner are so welcoming, just wonderful humans. Definitely get some bagels and carmelized onion schmear to go!
