Loved the location, great medium dark roast coffee and delicious bagels. The staff were very friendly and the atmosphere was cozy. They also have some grocery items for sale and we got Momofuku noodles for way cheaper than any other store!
Bloom is a super cute spot with great bagels. My personal favorite is the rosemary sea salt (if you want one arrive before 11am they often sell out!) My second favorite is the bacon/egg/cheese breakfast sandwich on a sesame seed bagel. This place has a great community feel, super friendly employees, and they even have some local grocery items including wine & beer. Occasionally they make focaccia and that is also excellent. Go for the bagels, stay for the atmosphere 💖
Hands down the best bagels in the city! Their team and the owners are also some of the best people I know.
This business is a perfect example of why small community shops are the backbone we all need. They make Georgetown and Seattle a better more delicious place to live.
