Pizza is the queen here but don't sleep on the appetizers and desserts. The staff are very nice and attentive and the restaurant is nice and cozy, however, it is small so plan ahead. They do offer take out.

Was really excited to try this place but did not live up to the reviews first of not very busy and still took 35 minutes for a pizza and they also charge $1.50 for some bad ranch would not recommend itno soda mostly sparkling waterStaff just felt indifferent of customersPositive is the pizza had a good crust but sauce was sour and toppings did not stand out

I will Notto be going back to Blotto.Surprisingly the crust of the pizza is really good but something was seriously lacking with the taste. Also, the housemade ranch should just be called dill cream sauce ? didn't even take pizza leftovers home ?

Certainly the most unique Pizza restaurant that has quickly turned into my go to spot. It makes me a bit crazy, as their hours have them open and serving about 16 hours a week, open 4 days and short dinner hours, but the Pizza is so tasty and so worth the sometimes hassle of getting one. The space is small, with a little deck as well, but it is so incredibly comfortable and always filled with a really nice crowd of locals. I really love this place, even though I have been shut out multiple times with vacation closings and Pizza being sold out early. So, come early, set a spell, enjoy the space and bite into a really fine slice.

Had meaning to go for a long time, and I’m kicking myself for waiting so long. Delicious pizza; best I’ve had in Seattle with fresh toppings and the thin crackly crust that I love. Sure, you may have to wait a little bit to order and get a seat, but it’s worth it. If you’re in a rush and looking for fast food pizza, this may not be your jam. But if you go in with the time to grab a beer or glass of wine and hang out and catch up with friends while you wait, you’re in for a treat!

It's not like Blotto needs the help from me but yeah this is comfortably the best pizza I've had in Seattle. Hard to put my finger on the exactly what puts it so far ahead which really speaks to the balance they achieved. And they're very cool about the crowds, handling the whole stress of it super well. So a rare "super hype and super worth it" experience.

A friend and I visited and each got a pizza, there was a line before we arrived and waited around 30min to get inside and got a seat. Pizza was incredible, super crispy and delicious. Highly recommend. Cramped seating and took a little long but definitely worth it.

Everyone knows Blotto is the best pizza spot (not to mention their amazing sides) in Seattle. People line up before the place even opens and it’s absolutely worth it.It’s also the PERFECT place for a private event :) My partner and I love the food at Blotto so we decided it would be a fun spot to host our welcome dinner and drinks for our wedding weekend.Jordan and Kyle (the owners) are the nicest guys in the world, and they worked with us to figure out the menu as well as the wine pairings for the evening. They have a great selection of natural wine and Jordan gave us a wonderful guided tasting to finalize our choices. Our guests LOVED the food, and most of them left with a bottle of wine and pizza. It’s also perfectly walkable to the bars, clubs in Capitol Hill so we took our entire party out after we closed down Blotto. All in all - we had a fantastic time and I would do it again in a heartbeat.Thank you to the entire team at Blotto. You guys are awesome! If you want to treat your guests, book Blotto for your private event. You won’t regret it.

It’s a cute neighborhood pizza and wine shop. Need I say more?!?The pizza is delicious, crispy and fresh. The wine to accompany is very affordable and pairs well with everything they serve. Service was lovely, but expect to wait a tiny amount (10min maybe) because it’s popular. It is smaller, so best for intimate groups of 2 (4 max). That said, there’s various spots around the place to sit including covered outdoor space.

Best pizza on the hill-- actually, in Seattle, or really Washington in general. I remember being very bummed when the former restaurant here, Chungees, closed, but the people, the food, everything about Blotto is worth it.Get there before open, or else. Lol.

I've been a few times, but probably won't go back. The atmosphere is unique and has a small-restaurant-in-a-big-city feel. It's nice but you need to be in the mood for upbeat, loud dance music on top of people talking loudly. It's also insanely hot indoors so you basically need to sit outside. The food is OK. I think there's much better pizza in the city. The wine was not good. For the wait times and prices, I'll probably go elsewhere from now on.

Tasty pepperoni pizza at Blotto's. I did have effusive diarrhea and grumbly stomach noises right after, but I think it was worth it.
