I’m astounded. Best burger I’ve ever had. Coupled with the real ice cream malt and perfectly fried onion rings….a must have. Outdoes any burger place on the coast.

Poor management, not an issue with employees but the owner/manager of the place. At the door there was a "cash only" sign. Before ordering my family member and I asked if cash was needed or card too. The employee said card was alright and we proceeded to paid (about $50 for 2 combos + tip). We got our receipt and sat down to wait for our food. 5 minutes later the employee tells us the payment didn't go thru bc they were having issues. We tried again and failed. We said that it was alright as we had cash. However, we only had a 100 dollar bill to which apparently they didn't had change for. Again our meal was about 50 dollars, meaning they only needed to give us 50 dollars of change. Now if the owner sees that there is an issue with card payment and only accepts cash make sure your employees got change.The employee kept calling the owner to see what they could do, but in the meantime my food arrived, we didn't even want to touch it. At this point we were getting upset. I ended up having to go to another business to purchase something so I could get change. When I got to the restaurant again, other two customer where having the same issue with the business. Ended up just paying for my meal, ate, and left. The entire issue took about 30 minutes to resolve, food was cold at that point, not to mention we were now upset and didn't get to enjoy anything.Again if you are the manager/owner of a place and your employees are having issues regarding payment. Either come and help them and solve the problem or don't open the business at all. I respect you have a cash only policy for whatever reason, well then ensure your cashier has enough change.

My thing is engaged to customers politely at least say how you doing can I help you today nowadays it's all about address to customers but don't stereotype people serve ones when they come through the door the money stays

Oh my where do we start. Gather round for a story about a 'local' burger restaurant that really should refund my purchase.No ice for beverages. Was told the drinks were cold.Wrong! No ice for a warm beverage that was not even carbonated.My order arrived after 20 minutes. The burgers were kinda cooked. Kinda sketchy looking. The fried items tasted like fish. That was a big red flag.Spoke briefly with the owner who was absolutely ambivalent about the whole thing.Don't goRunThere are better places on Broadway to eat

The employee that helped me was very kind and knowledgeable, and made some good recommendations.For the price the presentation of the food was subpar. The fries were overly salted. The condiments on the burger were overly sloppy and a cup of warm chili was literally served in a plastic cup that you would normally use for soda or an ice cream shake. To their credit the burger was good.For $25 plus the five dollar tip that I gave I could’ve gotten a better experience at a more premium burger bar. Additionally, the men’s restroom was out of order and the ice machine was not working so I had to have a warm Pepsi which didn’t taste good.There was no music playing or any ambiance really other than a devoid business that’s seen better days.I will give them another try, but if they’re going to charge premium prices they need to deliver a premium product.

First off, it’s very cold outside and they persist on keeping the door open. Even the worker is wearing a coat. Easy solution, close the door. There are no ketchup packets left. They are out of salmon burgers. The burger I got was good, even though I was freezing to death eating it.

This is maybe the worst restaurant in cap hill. I never leave bad reviews, but I don’t know what’s happening at this restaurant. I walked in on a Wednesday around noon (it was almost completely empty) and ordered the chili fries. They tell me they are out of chili. But they tell me they can do cheese and onion on the fries. I’m kind of desperate since other places around are closed so I say okay. Then the cashier comes out 5 minutes later to tell me they’re OUT of fries, but can do the same thing with tater tots. Fine. I get my chili-less tater tot’s with cold cheese and onions. I try to eat it, but ultimately it’s just not very good. I feel bad throwing the whole plate away, so I ask for a to go box and maybe I can heat it up at home and salvage it. They are OUT of to go boxes ?

Ordered delivery from here. Burger and fries were good! But I paid for a milkshake and all I got was a literal straw in my bag. Not sure if it was the fault of the restaurant or the UberEats driver. Super bummed out :(

Man, do not order food from these people late at night. I don’t know what is going on at this place. Burger had all the wrong condiments. Onion rings only had 4 rings and the sweet potato fries bag was only a third full.What a waste of money.
