The weak Salted Caramel could have passed for vanilla. There being no posted prices, we were taken aback by the tab of $14 for a single and a double scoop. If you are looking for ice cream with the intensity of flavor to legitimately be called "gelato," go two blocks north to the Nutty Squirrel: better flavors, better service, better atmosphere, better value.

The ice cream is good but not great. Flavours are tasty and an interesting selection, but the ice cream itself was nothing special, with a gritty/crunchy texture of ice crystals. I’d expect better ice cream at $6 for a single scoop.

We just got a scoop of Theo Chocolate Chunk and Marionberry ice cream from Bluebird and it was FANTASTIC! The only thing better than the ice cream and waffle cones was the customer service —thank you Liay for making our ice cream date so delightful!! She encouraged us to try some other flavors since it was our first visit here and now we’re buying a pint of “Almond Poppy” to take home. Almond Poppy is where it’s at! Thank you Liay! ❤️

Great greenwood gem! Ice cream was tasty and perfect for a sunny day. Giving service a 5/5 because there was one guy working a loooonnng line on a Friday evening and 45 mins before close it kept getting longer. Well deserved tip! Atmosphere, it was super warm inside the building and the awning was dirty and they definitely need a new banner sign. They didn’t have a clear enough sign of what kind of scoops you could get, just a desk menu you see right when it’s your turn to order so you kind of frantically order to not hold up the line even more.
Parking: On a busy street and you will most likely have to park on a side street and walk up!
Kid-friendliness: Family friendly! Saw plenty kids

We wanted ice cream or something sweet after dinner and our car took us here on a Friday night. So glad we did. Bluebird has been on my radar for a while now and we just got around to trying some. It's tucked next to a Greek restaurant next door. They do small batches of listed flavors. I think I counted 10 flavors. Some typical flavors, some not so conventional. I'm sure this place gets pretty packed and busy in the warmer months. So late winter/early spring is the best time to come give them a try. They (IMO) are one of the local ice cream heavyweights around town. The only draw back is the parking, there is residential parking and not enough business parking. Maybe when the weather gets nicer you can park a little further away and work up an appetite for some yummy ice cream ? ?
I am not sure what the recent ratings are about. Salted caramel was salty milk basically. I have never thrown away ice cream in my life until I had from here and I am pretty sad about that life event. Please avoid.

I'm not sure why this place doesn't have a higher rating. We have tried almost all of the seasonal flavors and a few of the standard ones, and they all blew us away. The cookie butter seasonal flavor is unbelievable, as is the chocolate hazelnut. We also loved the chocolate chunk. The staff is also super friendly and helpful. I only wish we found it sooner!

Best ice cream ever! We came here because I was craving a sweet treat and I was specifically looking for soft serve ice cream. I had their vanilla bean and my boyfriend had the mint. And both were absolutely delicious.

Not a review for this location but just for their ice cream in general- They have a stand at the Bellevue farmers market on Thursdays and their ice cream is delicious + their staff is always very friendly! Waffle cones are freshly made and all their flavors are fantastic. I especially liked lemon cookie from last week, their vanilla and strawberry are also favorites for my family and I. Whenever we go to the farmers market we have to get Bluebird ice cream, it's delicious!
