Sorry to have to report that Bluebird's ice cream is both mediocre and overpriced. The Theo's Chocolate Chunk was pretty good, but nothing special. The weak Salted Caramel could have passed for vanilla. There being no posted prices, we were taken aback by the tab of $14 for a single and a double scoop. The ice cream is good but not great. Flavours are tasty and an interesting selection, but the ice cream itself was nothing special, with a gritty/crunchy texture of ice crystals. I’d expect better ice cream at $6 for a single scoop.
