The Seafood & Tofu Soup was really flavorful and satisfying. The broth had a nice depth of flavor, and the combination of seafood, tofu, and vegetables made for a hearty meal. Great comfort food, especially on a rainy Seattle day. I’d definitely order it again.
I don’t have a ton of hot pot experience. But here the soup come out fully cooked. Which is nice I guess, but I thought it misses the point.
It’s on a tray that they light to heat the soup and bring it to—- you guessed it, it’s boiling point.
It’s fun and typically seems busy, so people must like it.
