My meat was blue.
Usually a good experience at boiling pot as I come here often. Today though I got the Japanese miso and some of my pork had bright blue spots on it. Asked one of the waiters and they just said idk and walked away. Asked a second waiter and they went to ask the kitchen. Came back and said it’s normal when you overcook meat it turns blue which I’ve never heard of…

There was a young lady that was ordering her coworkers around to re-wipe the tables even though we watched the server wipe them previously. That seemed a little rude, but nonetheless, all other servers were very helpful in shutting our fire, refilling waters, etc.
